TRANSIT, HANDLING AND ORDER CUT OFF TIME

• Generally,shipments are in transit for 5 to 7 business days 
• Order handling time is 1 to 3 business days
• Total Delivery time is 6 to 10 business days
• Order cut-off time will be 01:00 PM (GMT+4)

SHIPPING COST FOR REST OF THE PRODUCTS:

All orders under AED 1,000.00 are charged a AED 30.00 shipping fee. For orders AED 1,000.00 and over, the shipping fee is waived.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at care@alhayatfurniture.ae or Call Us at +971 52 935 1304

‬TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, your order comes with a tracking number allowing you to track it until it is delivered to you. Track your order by simply clicking the track your order button on our website using the tracking page, or view the tracking link in the email.

Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find that a package is damaged in transit, please reject the package from the courier if possible and contact our customer service. If the package was delivered without your presence, please contact customer service for the next steps.
