This shipping policy applies to orders delivered within the United Arab Emirates. It explains how long your order takes, what delivery costs and what to do if something goes wrong. By placing an order at this store, you agree to the guidelines below.

Delivery time

Every piece is made to order in our Sharjah factory. Your order reaches your door in 10 to 12 working days, and this already includes the time it takes to make your piece.

What happens after you order

We confirm your orderOrders placed before 1:00 PM (UAE time) on a working day start the same day.

We make your pieceIt is made, finished and quality-checked in our factory.

We deliver it to your doorAnywhere in the UAE.

Working days are Monday to Friday. Every product page and your cart show the expected delivery dates before you pay.

Delivery cost

Delivery is free across the UAE on orders of AED 1,000 and above. Orders under AED 1,000 have a delivery fee of AED 200.

Change of address

We cannot change the delivery address once your order is on its way. If you need to deliver to a different place, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at care@alhayatfurniture.ae or call us on +971 52 935 1304.

Damaged on delivery

If your piece arrives damaged, please refuse the delivery if you can and contact our customer service. If it was delivered while you were not there, contact customer service and we will tell you the next steps.
